About NASStorage
NASStorage is a standalone application developed independently and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
It provides a secure bridge between user-controlled NAS systems and Google Drive to enable file synchronization operations.
Application Functionality
- Connect user NAS system to Google Drive account
- Upload and download files initiated by user actions
- Synchronize selected files and folders between NAS and cloud storage
Google Account Permissions
This application requests the following permissions:
- userinfo.email — See your primary Google Account email address
- userinfo.profile — See your basic profile information, including publicly available profile data
- drive — Access, create, edit, and delete Google Drive files as authorized by the user
How User Data Is Used
NASStorage uses granted permissions only for core functionality:
- Identify user account via email and profile information
- Access Google Drive files to perform user-requested synchronization
- Upload, download, and manage files based on explicit user actions
NASStorage does NOT:
- Use data for advertising purposes
- Sell or share user data with third parties
- Perform automated analysis of user content
- Access data unrelated to user-initiated operations
Google API Usage Disclosure
NASStorage uses Google Drive API and Google user profile APIs to enable authentication and file synchronization features. All access is performed in response to explicit user actions within the application.
